 Art work is sold unframed. Work is shipped out of Mexico. Many customers prefer  to put a canvas  on a tube and take it with them as it is easier and more cost effective No shipping involved. Shipping via UPS has their requirements for them to take certain kinds of Art Work do to insurance requirements  double cardboard  box or crate to send to a destination which can add up in cost. Many clients have asked me to take it off the stretcher, so they can carry it themselves. I began this series of landscapes when I came to Mexico in 2001. The grandeur and vastness of  the  landscape has always attracted  and  captivated my Spirit.  I dedicate this work to Mother Nature /and the work Evolution  has done on this  planet. .Even though I consider myself an abstract painter  these works are studies in color, relationships between  shapes as a whole  in a piece.        Having travelled a bit in life thru different countries, has given me an inmense subconcious archive of signs, symbols, graffiti, callygraphy... images galore  and you name it...they are my  help in my improvisations. So between my left and right brain working in syncro, I allow my intuition/ subcoscious  to take over and guide me. A lot like, learning to drive at first you have to think about what you are doing  but, once you have it down you do it aotomatically. I don't repeat my improvisations ,otherwise they would not be improvs......and  Of course it is easier said than done , as revisions,  adjustments, addding this  and or  subtracting that, takes place, as part of the creative  process, to get each piece to  where one really likes it and feels good about it...and of course that is the name of the game!Satisfaction Enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them. When I begin a painting, I have an idea where to start but I don't always know where  that idea is going to lead  me. As I go I conbine other  ideas till something starts to flow and  unflod. My decisions some  improvised, others rational others are from the gut  My work comes from differnet depths of my beingness .... in the painting process, one thing leads to another,..... in a dialogue with  my different Selves . I  add / subtract,  making adjusments, till I am satisfied and the painting has a good feeling at  that  point I know something clicked. Besides a Degree in Art.
